01
Hero product film
A short, focused product film built on one commercial idea. The centrepiece every other asset is cut from.
02
Listing image system
A numbered set of listing images that sell in sequence: the product, the details, the use, the reasons.
03
Channel adaptations
The concept recomposed natively for 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9. Not crops. Recompositions.
04
Supporting stills
Macro details, in-use frames and clean product shots to carry the idea across pages and posts.
05
Implementation, optional
The assets placed into your Shopify product page or Amazon listing, so the system ships instead of sitting in a folder.
Process
One week, properly used.
Days 1 and 2
Product immersion
The product in hand, the channels mapped, one concept agreed.
Days 2 to 4
Production
Motion and stills produced with modern tools, composited and finished by hand.
Day 4
Accuracy approval
Every frame checked against the real product. Your sign-off is the only gate that can stretch a sprint.
Day 5
Adaptation and delivery
The system cut to every ratio and channel, with production files.
Who it suits
Built for products that already sell.
The sprint fits established physical-product brands with proven demand and presentation that undersells the product. If that is you, send a link and we will reply with a free, honest review.
01You sell a physical product on Amazon, Shopify or both
02Demand is proven, presentation is the weak link
03You want one coherent system, not another folder of assets
The commercial case
Run your own numbers.
Presentation is a commercial decision, so treat it like one. Enter your figures and see what a change in conversion would mean, and how quickly the sprint covers its own cost.
Enter your numbers above to see the arithmetic.
Illustrative arithmetic using your numbers. Not a forecast and not a guarantee. Presentation is one input among many, and results depend on your product, price and traffic.
How we use AI
AI without direction is a liability to a brand. The same tools, directed by people who understand commerce and craft, are how strong products pull ahead. We use modern generation and visualisation where they raise quality or speed, we say so plainly, and every asset is directed, composited and finished by a person. AI is part of the workshop, never the product.
Product accuracy
Your product appears with its real geometry, controls, labels and materials. Accuracy approval is a named step in every project, and concept work is always labelled as concept work.
Questions
The honest answers.
Do you only work on one product?
No. The sprint starts with one product because focus is what keeps the quality high and the price sensible. Once the first system ships, the concept and production setup already exist, so rolling it across the rest of your range is faster and is quoted per product before work begins.
Do you need the physical product?
Usually yes. The sprint starts with the product in hand so geometry, materials and finish are right. Where shipping is impractical we work from reference photography and hold accuracy approval to the same standard.
How long does it take?
Five working days when approvals move quickly. Accuracy sign-off is the only gate, so the honest range is one to two weeks end to end depending on your schedule, never ours.
How is AI involved?
We use modern generation and visualisation tools inside the production process, directed and finished by a person. We say so plainly, we never invent controls, labels or packaging, and accuracy approval is a named step.
What does implementation include?
If you take the optional implementation, we place the finished system into your Shopify product page or Amazon listing and check it renders properly on desktop and mobile.
What does it cost beyond £2,500?
£2,500 is the starting price for the sprint as scoped. Anything that changes the scope, such as extra products or channels, is agreed in writing before work begins. No surprises mid-project.
