Elarta is a commerce creative studio based in the United Kingdom. We run this website, elarta.io. For anything in this policy, email hello@elarta.io.

The site is hosted on Vercel. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is aggregated and anonymised, does not use cookies, and does not track you across other sites. We do not run advertising trackers, and no data is sold to anyone.

If you contact us, through the form or by email, we receive what you send: typically a product link, your name, email address and message. We use them to reply to you and for nothing else. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email provider acting as a processor on our behalf.

Materials you share for a project, such as products, photography and brand assets, are used only to produce the work we agree. Concept projects shown on this site are our own and involve no client data.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@elarta.io and a person will sort it out. If you are in the UK or EU, these rights are backed by UK GDPR and GDPR respectively, and you can also complain to your local supervisory authority. In the UK, that is the ICO.

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not quietly weaken it.
