Elarta LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, managed and operated from Guernsey, Channel Islands. Elarta LLC is the data controller for the information described here, which means we decide what is collected and why.

If you request a Free Product Creative Review, use the enquiry form or email us, we receive what you send: typically a product link, your brand or company name, your name, your email address, where the product sells and your description of the current presentation. A review may also record dated observations from public product, marketplace and competitor pages.

We use it to reply to you, assess suitability and capacity, prepare and deliver an accepted review, maintain its evidence and delivery record, recommend the smallest sufficient service where appropriate, prepare a proposal, maintain the business records we need to keep, and hold a suppression record if you ask not to be contacted again. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, once we are working together, the performance of our contract with you.

The site is hosted on Vercel. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used: it is aggregated and anonymised, does not use cookies, and does not track you across other sites. We run no advertising trackers.

If a visit arrives with campaign tags, we retain those tags and the first landing page in browser session storage for that visit. If you later submit the enquiry form, that context is stored with the enquiry so we can understand which page or campaign led to it. It is not used to follow you across other sites.

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend and stored in our own client system, which runs on a Neon database hosted in London. Both act as processors on our behalf.

If you choose to book a call, Cal.com processes the booking details you submit. Apple Calendar may be used for availability and calendar records, and Google Calendar and Google Meet may be used to create the meeting. Their own privacy terms also apply to the information you choose to provide through those services.

Our processors are established in the United States and the United Kingdom, and our own operations are in Guernsey, so your information may be transferred outside the jurisdiction you are in. We use providers that offer appropriate contractual safeguards for those transfers.

Enquiries and Free Product Creative Review records that do not become projects are normally kept for up to 24 months, so that we can follow up, recognise the prior review if you return and maintain a clear delivery record, and are then deleted unless a legal dispute or another documented obligation requires longer retention. Client project records are kept for seven years to meet accounting and legal obligations. A suppression record, if you ask not to be contacted, is kept indefinitely because deleting it would defeat its purpose.

Materials you share for a project, such as product photography, brand assets and packaging artwork, are used only to produce the work we agree. Concept projects shown on this site are our own and involve no client data.

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our processing it, or ask for a copy of it. Email hello@elarta.io and a person will sort it out.

Because Elarta is operated from Guernsey, our processing falls under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017, and you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Authority in Guernsey. If you are in the UK or the EU you may also have rights under UK GDPR or GDPR respectively, and may complain to your local supervisory authority.

If this notice changes in any meaningful way, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not quietly weaken it.
