This website is operated by Elarta LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, and managed and operated from Guernsey, Channel Islands. Elarta LLC is the entity that issues proposals, enters agreements and invoices for all work.

The content on elarta.io is provided in good faith and for general information. We keep it accurate and current, but it comes without warranties. A price described as a standard-scope price applies only when the stated qualification and scope boundaries are met; genuinely variable work is labelled from or custom. Website prices are in US dollars and are not offers. Scope, pricing, currency and timings for any engagement are confirmed in the proposal we agree together, not by a marketing page.

The design, copy, imagery and motion on this site belong to Elarta LLC. Concept projects are our own demonstration work, are labelled as concept work, and depict no client products or results. Please do not reuse any of it without asking.

Submitting a review request does not guarantee acceptance. Reviews are selective and capacity-limited. We may accept, waitlist or decline a submission, and any public turnaround starts only when acceptance is confirmed.

A review is based on the material you submit and public information available on the observation date. It is an informed creative and commercial opinion, not a financial forecast, legal advice, an audit of competitor sales or a guarantee of performance. Marketplace pages and competitor presentation can change after the review is prepared.

The report is prepared for the named recipient. We do not publish the submission or report as a case study without a separate permission, but you remain responsible for having the right to share any non-public material you send us.

Engagements are governed by the proposal and agreement we sign together. Those documents take precedence over this page for client work, including scope, deliverables, payment, currency and usage rights.

Unless a proposal says otherwise, you receive organised, publish-ready final exports. Editable source files, project files, prompts and working production materials are not included and are not licensed.

A quoted price and currency are held for the acceptance period stated in the proposal. After that period we may re-quote.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, matching the place of formation of the contracting entity. Nothing here removes any right you have under the mandatory law of the place you live or trade.

If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
